You will drive enterprise L&D strategy, governance, and measurable business outcomes across the organization. The role leads a high‑performing team, partners with People Operations and analytics, and prioritizes onboarding, manager enablement, and capability development to accelerate time‑to‑value and retention

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
• Prior people management experience leading teams.
• Proven ability to design manager development programs and onboarding.
• Experience in fast-scaling tech environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and architect the end-to-end Learning & Development function aligned to company KPIs.
• Design scalable onboarding and manager enablement interventions to accelerate ramp speed.
• Define competency frameworks and leadership development programs.
• Establish a robust learning measurement framework tied to business metrics.
• Partner with People Ops, FP&A, Analytics, and leaders to quantify impact.
