Job summary

Versova is seeking a Director of Learning and Organizational Development to lead enterprise learning, leadership development, and change management. You will design, implement, and measure scalable programs aligned with business objectives, partnering with senior leaders to drive capability and performance improvements.

The role emphasizes building leadership bench strength, overseeing LMS governance, and championing a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years in learning and development or related fields, with 5+ years leading teams or enterprise programs.
• Proven ability to design, scale, and evaluate enterprise learning programs that improve capability and performance.
• Experience leading change management initiatives with executive alignment and adoption planning.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide or multi-site initiatives across cross-functional enviroments with measurable impact.
• Strong executive leadership, coaching, and influence skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise learning and development strategy aligned with goals and priorities.
• Identify, assess, and develop leadership potential across the organization.
• Oversee design and delivery of technical training programs for various roles.
• Lead LMS governance and measurement of training effectiveness.
• Develop on-the-job training for farm-level and other positions.
• Provide leadership for the training team including onboarding and performance management.
• Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and prioritize learning solutions.
• Lead change management for learning and system initiatives, including adoption and sustainment.
• Standardize change processes and equip leaders to lead change.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars as needed.
• Manage training department budget, resources, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with training-related laws and regulations.
