Job summary

F5 is seeking a Director, Key Accounts to lead and coach a field-based team across the East Coast. You will drive a high-volume portfolio, build repeatable GTM plans, and manage executive relationships with senior leaders.

You will champion MEDDPICC guidance, ensure disciplined forecasting, and collaborate with VARs, SIs, and service providers to expand pipeline and revenue. This executive role demands strategic thinking and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of quota-driven technology sales experience.
• Experience selling to enterprise customers with large-scale deals.
• Proven ability to lead remote field teams and drive pipeline velocity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a remote field-based Key Account team to drive revenue and pipeline.
• Develop and execute GTM plans and territory strategies for East Coast accounts.
• Cultivate executive relationships at C-suite level within major customers.
• Forecast accurately and manage end-to-end sales cycles with MEDDPICC.
• Align with regional partners (VARs, SI, Service Providers) for joint pipeline initiatives.
• Uphold ethics, foster diversity, and maintain high-integrity culture.
