Skydio is seeking a Key Account Director, Corrections to lead a national team selling into State Departments of Corrections and Port Authorities. You will not carry your own accounts; your success comes from developing your team, sharpening deal strategy, and building the territory, pipeline, and forecast discipline that makes a segment predictable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading quota-carrying sellers as a first-line manager.
• 4+ years in enterprise software, hardware, or SaaS sales with multi-stakeholder closes.
• Proven ability recruiting sellers with a strong network and structured processes.
• Coaching track record with measurable improvements in team performance.
• Experience selling to State Departments of Corrections and related procurements.
• Daily, systematic use of AI tools with demonstrable workflow gains.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for your segment with a continuous talent pipeline and rigorous process.
• Coach 1:1s, deal reviews, and field participation to sharpen judgment.
• Lead competitive strategies including MEDDPICC and channel fluency.
• Define territory, pipeline, and forecast discipline to meet segment quotas.
• Collaborate with Channel, Marketing, Government Relations, and Mission Success.
