Skydio is seeking a Key Account Director, Small City to lead a regional team selling into the public safety segment. You will not carry accounts; your success comes from building high-performing sellers and driving pipeline, forecast discipline, and regional growth.

You will hire, coach, and deploy strategies across channels, marketing, and government relations while leveraging AI tools to win in a competitive landscape across Eastern U.S. remote territory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading quota-carrying sellers as a first-line manager.
• 4+ years total in enterprise software, hardware, or SaaS sales.
• Proven track record closing complex multi-stakeholder deals.
• Experience recruiting sellers and building teams.
• Fluency with AI tools and workflows in sales contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own region pipeline, forecast, and quota attainment.
• Coach and ramp frontline sales leaders for high performance.
• Partner with Channel on strategy, joint planning, and deal structures.
• Lead hiring and ramp for your region with a rigorous process.
