Skydio invites a strategic leader to head the Corrections segment nationwide. You will recruit, coach, and ramp a team of Key Account Leaders to win in DOC and state port authorities, leveraging MEDDPICC and AI-enabled selling.

You will collaborate across channels, government relations, and mission success to build a predictable pipeline and drive quota attainment in a competitive public-safety market.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years leading quota-carrying sellers as a first-line manager.
• 4+ years in enterprise software, hardware, or SaaS sales.
• Proven recruitment and coaching ability for sellers.
• Coaching approach with measurable improvements in team performance.
• Experience selling into SLED and State DOCs is a plus.
• Fluency with AI tools and workflows in sales processes.

Aufgaben

• Own segment pipeline, forecast accuracy, and quota attainment.
• Build and lead a national team of Key Account Leaders for corrections sector.
• Recruit, coach, and retain top performers; manage ramp and development.
• Partner with Channel, Marketing, Gov relations, and Mission Success.
