Skydio is hiring a Key Account Director, Corrections to lead a national team selling autonomous flying robots to State Departments of Corrections and Port Authorities. You will recruit, coach, and coach-to-win, driving pipeline discipline and forecast accuracy while collaborating with channels, engineering, and government relations.

You will model the use of AI tools across the sales process, manage a remote national team, and operate in a fast-paced, highly competitive public-safety market.
