Job summary

Skydio, Inc. is hiring a Key Account Director, Corrections to lead a national team selling into State Departments of Corrections and related authorities.

You will recruit, coach, and ramp a high-performing team, driving territory strategy, pipeline, and forecast accuracy across the segment. You will work with cross-functional teams including Channel, Sales Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, and Government Relations, and travel up to 50% to meet leadership and client needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading quota-carrying sellers as a first-line manager, with year-by-year attainment data.
• 4+ years total in enterprise software, hardware, or SaaS sales.
• Demonstrated success recruiting sellers and building high-performing teams.
• Coaching and development track record to improve performance.
• Experience selling to State Departments of Corrections and other public safety entities.
• Fluency selling with channel partners and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead a national team of Key Account Leaders selling into DOCs and state port authorities.
• Own segment numbers: pipeline, forecast discipline, and quota attainment.
• Hire, ramp, and retain top talent, with a clear development path.
• Partner with Channel, Marketing, and Government Relations to win large opportunities.
• Travel as needed (up to 50%) to support field activities and executive-level engagements.
