Coca-Cola Consolidated seeks a Senior Director II, Franchise Commercial Execution to lead the design, integration, and governance of its end-to-end commercial execution system. You will connect enterprise strategy to marketplace execution, align decisions across functions, and drive measurable growth.

The role requires building an operating model, partnering with senior leaders, and delivering scalable execution across the total beverage portfolio, including Advanced Hydration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial strategy and franchise leadership.
• Experience designing operating models, aligning decision rights, and establishing cross-functional governance and accountability.
• Experience translating enterprise strategy into connected commercial and field execution plans.

Responsabilités

• Design the future-state operating model for franchise commercial execution.
• Translate strategy into connected marketplace execution across channels and geographies.
• Lead integration of execution capabilities across PICOS, ESH, MSC, CDE/coolers, and related systems.
• Shape plans with bottler and senior leadership to ensure feasibility and alignment.
• Create measurement systems, scorecards, and thresholds for corrective action and accountability.
