Job summary

Qualifications

10+ years leading large software programs and programs with multiple stakeholders.
8+ years leading teams in a matrix organization.
4+ years partnering with architecture, product and PMO teams to influence product development.
4+ years leading discovery sessions, workshops, and enablement activities.
2+ years in a leadership role coordinating cross-functional software teams.
2+ years influencing stakeholders and managing budgets.
2+ years strong written and verbal communication skills.
2+ years mentoring resources and knowledge transfer across teams.
2+ years leading complex multi-team initiatives.

Responsibilities

Define and drive platform strategy and delivery with Architecture and AppDev teams.
Build and scale internal platforms, self-service tools, and reduce developer cognitive load.
Scale CI/CD pipelines, IaC, GitOps, and DevSecOps with observability and security.
Partner with product, architecture, and stakeholders to design scalable solutions.
Mentor and lead cross-functional teams; manage cloud spend and vendor relations.
Track engineering productivity and reliability metrics, including DORA metrics.
Evaluate and integrate AI/ML tools into the platform and delivery lifecycle.
