CVS Health is seeking an Engineering Leader in HR Technology to drive platform strategy, multi-cloud infrastructure, and DevOps across portfolios. You will coach engineers, align architecture, and deliver scalable, secure solutions.

The Lead Director should prioritize well, communicate clearly, and accelerate delivery in a fast-paced environment. A strong engineering background and collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualifications

10+ years leading technology & engineering programs in large software environments.
8+ years leading teams in a matrix organization.
4+ years partnering with architecture, product, PMO to influence product development.
2+ years in leadership coordinating cross-functional software teams.

Responsibilities

Define and drive Platform strategy with Architecture and AppDev teams.
Scale internal platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and IaC practices.
Lead DevOps, SRE, and security/observability efforts across delivery pipelines.
Partner with product/architecture/business stakeholders to design scalable enterprise solutions.
Mentor engineers, manage cloud spend, budgets, and vendor relationships.
