Job summary

Loews Hotels & Co. seeks a Director of HR Systems & Analytics to bridge HR, IT HRIS, and external partners, with primary focus on Workday. You will own the HR technology roadmap, governance, and vendor relationships while aligning initiatives with people strategy and business goals.

This role leads the analytics program, delivers dashboards and KPI reporting, drives adoption, and partners with HR, IT, and finance to improve employee experience and operational efficiency across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in HR technology, HR operations, people analytics, HRIS, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of leadership experience influencing cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Workday functionality, capabilities, and HR business processes.
• Experience developing HR technology roadmaps and leading governance processes.
• Demonstrated success partnering with IT teams to deliver technology-enabled business solutions.
• Experience developing workforce analytics, executive dashboards, and KPI reporting.
• Strong project management, change management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and executive influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR technology governance and Workday roadmap development.
• Serve as primary HR owner for Workday and HR tech portfolio.
• Build governance to prioritize HR tech initiatives and ensure alignment with strategy.
• Translate HR reqs into priorities for IT HRIS teams and stakeholders.
• Drive adoption and self-service improvements across Workday usage.
• Develop enterprise people analytics strategy and dashboards for leadership.
• Partner with HR, IT, and Finance to deliver system implementations and changes.
