Job summary
Tapestry, Inc. seeks a Director of Workplace Technology to lead the global strategy, engineering, and service experience for our technology associates. This role will evolve a secure, AI-enabled employee experience platform across retail, corporate, fulfillment, and global functions.
You will set a clear product roadmap, own multi-year plans, and drive automation, analytics, and proactive improvements to prevent issues and enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Significant leadership experience in global workplace technology or a closely related function.
- Experience leading broad workplace portfolios including endpoint engineering and collaboration platforms.
- Experience using AI/automation to improve employee support and provisioning.
Responsibilities
- Own and communicate a unified global Workplace Technology roadmap aligned to business priorities.
- Lead Workplace Technology as a portfolio of products with measurable outcomes.
- Elevate the associate experience across endpoints, collaboration, and meeting-room services.
- Lead security, privacy, and responsible AI within workplace technology design and operations.
