Tapestry, Inc. seeks a Director of Supply Chain Strategy to shape long‑range planning and drive enterprise‑wide transformation across its multi‑brand portfolio in New York City.

You will partner with senior leaders to develop and execute strategies that optimize cost, capital, and performance through data‑driven insights. In this role, you will mentor the strategy team, lead cross‑functional initiatives, and communicate progress to the Board of Directors and executives.

Formación

• Leads the creation and socialization of the Supply Chain Strategy Office Operating Model.
• Keeps up with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Drives long-range planning and enterprise transformation initiatives across multi-brand portfolio.
• Oversees the 3-year long-range plan and prioritization of initiatives across functional leaders and executives.
• Coordinates investment planning across supply chain initiatives to create enterprise value.
• Develops strategies using deep analytics to align with consumer trends and geographies.
• Partners with CSCO and senior leadership to align capabilities with commercial priorities.
• Identifies high-impact initiatives delivering productivity gains and working capital improvements.
• Introduces cross-functional decision-making frameworks and KPI alignment.
• Collaborates with Finance, IT, Legal, and Brand teams to improve visibility and cross-brand synergies.
• Leads strategic storytelling for executive forums and leadership meetings.
