You will champion the employee experience in investment discussions, influence without authority, and ship tangible improvements to how thousands of employees work daily.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology, product management, digital workplace, or employee experience.
• Strong understanding of modern workplace and AI technologies.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without authority.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in retail, consumer, or large multi-site enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Own the digital employee experience as a product, define vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Partner with Workplace Technology and platform owners on architecture, engineering, operations, and security.
• Measure experience impact and prioritize a data-informed roadmap.
