Tapestry, Inc. is seeking a strategic Director of Digital Employee Experience to own the global employee experience across corporate offices.

You will define the product vision, set the strategy, and maintain a prioritized roadmap in partnership with Workplace Technology and platform owners, driving measurable improvements in how employees work daily. Qualifications

10+ years in technology, product management, digital workplace, or employee experience.
Proven ability to own roadmaps and ship measurable improvements.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Own the digital employee experience as a product: define vision, strategy, and a prioritized roadmap with stakeholders across Workplace Technology and platform owners.
Maintain close feedback loops with employees through observational research and partnerships to shape the roadmap.
Measure experience impact with a framework combining platform analytics and employee insights, guiding investment decisions.
