Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director, Health Systems Value Strategy to lead portfolio-level value efforts across U.S. health systems. The role requires translating clinical and economic insights into customer-ready strategies and pricing approaches.

You will build frameworks, lead advisory activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive enterprise value in Orthopaedics. Remote work may be considered for select cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant health/biomedical field or related discipline.
• 12+ years progressive health economics/market access/health systems strategy experience, with 3+ in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. health system economics and decision-making processes.
• Expertise in reimbursement, coding, coverage, and value-based care concepts.

Responsibilities

• Define the health system value strategy with evidence-based frameworks.
• Create portfolio-level value propositions combining evidence and payer data.
• Lead Hospital Administrator Advisory Board and executive engagements.
• Advance value-based pricing and conduct outcomes-based contracting assessments.
• Enable strategic account teams with tools and value conversation guides.
• Translate market and policy developments into actionable business plans.
• Build scalable governance and cross-functional collaboration across functions.
