Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director, Health Systems Value Strategy to define and drive portfolio-level value for health systems across the U.S. You will translate clinical, economic, and policy data into actionable strategies that improve outcomes and financial performance.

The role requires deep reimbursement expertise, executive-level engagement, and the ability to lead multi-functional teams across Orthopaedics and related functions. Remote work may be explored on a case-by-case basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health economics, public health, health policy, business, life sciences, or related field.
• At least 12 years of progressive experience in health economics, market access, or related discipline, including 3 years in leadership.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. health system economics and decision-making.
• Strong U.S. reimbursement and payment policy expertise.
• Experience presenting to health system executives and turning complex data into actionable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define the health system value strategy and build evidence-based frameworks.
• Create portfolio-level value propositions and narratives.
• Lead Hospital Administrator Advisory Board and facilitate high-value engagements.
• Advance value-based pricing and outcomes-based contracting.
• Enable strategic account teams with training and tools.
• Monitor health system trends and translate into customer strategies.
• Build scalable governance and cross-functional collaboration across departments.
