Johnson & Johnson's Orthopaedics team seeks a Director, Process & Operations Management, MSA to lead governance, portfolio planning, and cross-functional delivery across global teams. Location options include Palm Beach Gardens, FL, Boston, MA, Raynham, MA, Warsaw, IN or West Chester, PA, with remote work considered on a case-by-case basis.

You will partner with senior leaders, coach PMO talent, and drive transformations across medical, regulatory, quality, and compliance domains, while managing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a life sciences, health sciences, engineering, business, or related field.
• PM certifications (PMP/PgMP) or equivalent.
• 10+ years in Medical/Clinical/Scientific Affairs in the medical device field.
• 7+ years leading programs, PMO, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience establishing governance, prioritization, integrated planning, and executive reporting.
• Ability to influence senior leaders across global, matrixed orgs.
• Knowledge of medical device regulatory, quality, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Unify business, platform, and functional priorities into an MSA portfolio.
• Lead portfolio intake, prioritization, sequencing, and milestone planning.
• Define governance forums and escalation pathways across regions and functions.
• Prepare executive portfolio reviews with progress, risks, and value.
• Standardize project-management methods and dashboards enterprise-wide.
