Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, health sciences, engineering, business, project management, or related discipline.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or comparable certification.

Responsibilities

• Unify business, platform, and functional priorities into an MSA portfolio for governance decisions.
• Lead portfolio intake, prioritization, sequencing, stage gate milestone planning & tracking.
• Define governance forums, decision rights, escalation pathways, and leadership operating rhythms.
• Prepare executive portfolio reviews with progress, trade-offs, risks, decisions, resource needs, and value.

Education
