Qualifications

• 10+ years selling in healthcare, including 5+ years to health plans.
• Experience sourcing and closing enterprise health plan contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own your own book of strategic Health Plan Sales targets and opportunities.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with health plan decision-makers.
• Collaborate with marketing on positioning and materials development.
• Design, sell, and negotiate innovative contract models, including pricing and SLAs.
• Travel to customer meetings or conferences as needed.
• Identify blockers to deal progression and work with leadership on solutions.
• Turn learnings into a repeatable playbook for the team.
