Job summary

TalentBright is seeking a Director of Payer & Health Plan Sales to lead enterprise payer relationships and close major contracts in healthcare AI. This fully remote role leverages your active payer network across Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, SNPs, and regional plans to drive ARR.

You will own the full enterprise sales cycle from discovery to contracting, reporting to leadership, and shaping a scalable go-to-market strategy. Prior payer sales success and a strong payer network are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of executive experience in healthcare technology or SaaS sales.
• Proven ability to close enterprise deals with payers (Medicare Advantage, Medicaid MCOs, SNPs).
• Strong network of payer contacts and track record of generating opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from discovery through contracting.
