Verse Medical, Inc. is seeking a Director of Payor Growth to lead strategic health plan sales initiatives, expanding our health plan vertical and payor partnerships nationwide.

You will own a book of deals, build executive relationships with health plans, collaborate with marketing on messaging, and design innovative contract models while travel is required. Qualifications

• 10+ years selling in healthcare with 5+ years to health plans.
• Proven ability to close enterprise health plan contracts.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory and financial domains.
• Proven leadership and ability to guide teams toward targets.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of strategic Health Plan Sales targets and drive quota attainment.
• Build executive-level relationships with health plan executives to close long sales cycles.
• Collaborate with marketing on positioning, messaging, and deal materials.
• Design, negotiate, and close innovative contract models including pricing and SLAs.
• Travel to customer meetings or conferences as needed.
• Identify blockers to progression and work with leadership on solutions.
• Create repeatable playbooks for the team.
