CVS Health is seeking a Director of Product Management for Health Data Interoperability. You will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for interoperability solutions, leading a team of Product Owners to deliver secure, compliant information sharing across healthcare networks.

Focus areas include APIs, data exchange platforms, and healthcare integration capabilities, with collaboration across Engineering, Clinical Informatics, and Customer Success to translate market needs into

Qualifications

10+ years in Product Management or related healthcare technology fields.
5+ years leading product teams in enterprise SaaS or healthcare platforms.
4+ years with HL7, FHIR, CDA, X12, TEFCA or related interoperability standards.
4+ years delivering measurable business outcomes through product strategies.
3+ years working with cloud-based platforms, APIs, data platforms, and healthcare integration technologies.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the long-term product strategy and roadmap for health data interoperability solutions.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch, adoption, and retirement.
Develop business cases, success metrics, and ROI analyses to support product initiatives.
Collaborate with Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Clinical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
