Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Director of Product Management for Health Data Interoperability to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for healthcare data exchange. You will lead a team of 4-5 Product Owners and drive API and interoperability initiatives across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Clinical Informatics, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to translate market needs into scalable solutions that improve connectivity, efficiency, and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

10+ years in Product Management or related fields.

Responsibilities

Define and execute long-term product strategy and roadmap for health data interoperability solutions.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, adoption, and retirement.
Develop business cases, KPIs, and ROI analyses to support initiatives.
Collaborate with Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Clinical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Engage with customers and industry partners to gather feedback and validate product direction.
