Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Director of Product Management for Health Data Interoperability to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for interoperable healthcare data solutions. You will manage a team of 4–5 Product Owners and drive initiatives across data exchange platforms, APIs, and interoperability services.

You will translate regulatory requirements and customer needs into scalable product offerings, partnering with engineering, informatics, and leadership to improve connectivity,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, Healthcare Technology, Health Informatics, or Interoperability Solutions.
• 5+ years leading product teams and complex healthcare technology portfolios.
• 5+ years building and scaling enterprise SaaS, platform, API, or healthcare data products.
• 4+ years hands-on experience with healthcare interoperability standards and frameworks (HL7, FHIR, SMART on FHIR, CDA, X12, TEFCA).
• 4+ years demonstrated success developing product strategies and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• 3+ years of experience with cloud-based platforms, APIs, data platforms, and healthcare integration technologies.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in product lifecycle management, roadmap development, market analysis, and portfolio prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term product strategy and roadmap for health data interoperability solutions.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch, adoption, optimization, and retirement.
• Prioritize investments based on customer value, business impact, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop business cases, success metrics, and ROI analyses to support initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Clinical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Engage with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to support product positioning and adoption.
• Partner with executives to set strategic priorities and investments across interoperability products.
• Mentor and develop Product Managers and Product Owners; foster accountability and innovation.
