Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead health data interoperability initiatives, defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap while guiding a team of Product Owners to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Clinical Informatics, Customer Success, and Leadership to translate market needs into impactful products that improve connectivity and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

10+ years in product management or interoperability within healthcare tech.
5+ years leading product teams and complex healthcare technology portfolios.
4+ years with HL7, FHIR, API, and data exchange standards.

Responsibilities

Define the long-term product strategy and roadmap for health data interoperability solutions.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch, adoption, optimization, and retirement.
Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Security, Compliance, and Clinical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Define product KPIs and measure performance through adoption, revenue, and patient outcomes.
Partner with leadership to establish strategic priorities and investment decisions for interoperability products.
