Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Director of Product Management for Health Data Interoperability to define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will lead a team of 4–5 Product Owners and drive interoperability platforms, APIs, and healthcare integration to enable secure information sharing across the ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, Healthcare Technology, Health Informatics, or Interoperability Solutions.
• 5+ years leading product teams and complex healthcare technology portfolios.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with healthcare interoperability standards and frameworks, including HL7, FHIR, SMART on FHIR, CDA, X12, TEFCA, and related healthcare data exchange technologies.
• 3+ year of experience with cloud-based platforms, APIs, data platforms, and healthcare integration technologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term product strategy and roadmap for health data interoperability solutions.
• Identify emerging market opportunities and industry trends related to healthcare interoperability, data exchange, patient access, and care coordination.
• Drive product innovation aligned with organizational objectives, customer needs, and healthcare industry standards.
• Partner with executive leadership to establish strategic priorities and investment decisions for interoperability products and platforms.
