Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Director of Product Management for Health Data Interoperability. Lead a team of Product Owners and drive a vision across data exchange platforms, APIs, and interoperability services to enable secure, compliant information sharing in healthcare.
You will translate regulatory requirements and customer needs into scalable product solutions, partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to improve connectivity and patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in Product Management, Healthcare Tech, or Interoperability.
- 5+ years leading product teams and complex portfolios.
- 4+ years with HL7, FHIR, CDA, X12, TEFCA, and related data exchange tech.
- 5+ years building and scaling enterprise SaaS / APIs.
- 3+ years with cloud platforms and healthcare integration tech.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Define long-term product strategy and roadmap for health data interoperability.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to retirement.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Clinical teams.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success for product adoption.
- Develop business cases, success metrics, and ROI analyses.
