Qualifications

10+ years in Product Management or related healthcare tech.
5+ years leading product teams and complex healthcare portfolios.
4+ years with healthcare interoperability standards and frameworks.
4+ years delivering measurable business outcomes in product roles.

Responsibilities

Define the long-term product strategy and roadmap for health data interoperability.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch and optimization.
Develop business cases, success metrics, and ROI analyses for initiatives.
Ensure regulatory compliance and security across data exchange platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to align product direction.
