Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Director of Product Management for Health Data Interoperability. You will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for interoperability solutions across healthcare data exchange, APIs, and integration capabilities to enable secure sharing.
You will lead a team of Product Owners, collaborate with Engineering, Clinical Informatics, Customer Success, and executives to translate market needs and regulatory requirements into scalable products that improve connectivity and
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product management within healthcare tech.
- 5+ years leading product teams and portfolios.
- 5+ years building enterprise SaaS, API, or healthcare data products.
- 4+ years with HL7, FHIR, SMART on FHIR, CDA, X12, TEFCA.
- 4+ years delivering measurable business outcomes.
- 3+ years with cloud-based platforms, APIs, data platforms.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute long-term product strategy and roadmap.
- Identify market opportunities and industry trends.
- Partner with leadership on priorities and investments.
- Lead end-to-end lifecycle from concept to retirement.
- Define KPIs and measure adoption, revenue, satisfaction.
- Collaborate with engineering, security, compliance, clinical teams.
- Engage customers and partners to validate direction.
