Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Director of Product Management for Health Data Interoperability to define the vision and roadmap for healthcare data interchange. You will lead a team of 4–5 Product Owners and drive API, data exchange, and interoperability initiatives that improve connectivity and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management, Healthcare Tech, or Interoperability.
• 5+ years leading product teams and portfolios.
• 4+ years with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, CDA, X12).
• 3+ years with cloud-based platforms, APIs, and data products.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term product strategy and roadmap for health data interoperability.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to retirement.
• Develop business cases, success metrics, and ROI analyses.
• Define KPIs and measure adoption, revenue growth, and outcomes.
