Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management, Healthcare Technology, Health Informatics, or Interoperability Solutions.
• 5+ years leading product teams and complex healthcare technology portfolios.
• 4+ years with HL7, FHIR, SMART on FHIR, CDA, X12, TEFCA and related data exchange tech.
• 4+ years delivering measurable business outcomes through strategy.
• 3+ years with cloud platforms, APIs, data platforms, and healthcare integration.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in lifecycle management, roadmap development, market analysis, and portfolio prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term product strategy and roadmap for health data interoperability solutions.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch, adoption, optimization, and retirement.
• Develop business cases, success metrics, and ROI analyses to support product initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Security, Compliance, and Clinical teams.
• Engage with customers, healthcare organizations, and industry partners to gather feedback.
