Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Director of Strategic Initiatives, Data Science & Product Management - Growth Analytics to partner with GA leadership and shape organizational strategy through executive reporting and analytics-driven data products.

The role owns the vision, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of AI-powered solutions, partnering with data engineers and scientists to drive measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Business Management, Strategic Planning, or related roles.
• 8+ years of experience leveraging data analytics and financial modeling.
• 7+ years of product management experience in data/analytics/AI.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GA leadership to drive strategic initiatives and high-impact projects.
• Develop executive-facing scorecards, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for analytics and AI-driven solutions.
• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for Growth Analytics data products.
• Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to deliver scalable insights.
