CVS Health is seeking a Director of Strategic Initiatives, Data Science & Product Management - Growth Analytics. You will partner with GA leadership to shape strategy, deliver executive-level insights, and drive adoption of AI-powered data products across the organization.

The role requires strong communication, cross-functional influence, and a track record building scalable analytics platforms that enable better decision-making and measurable business impact in a fast-paced health care

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business management or strategic planning with executive-level communication.
• 8+ years using data analytics and financial modeling to influence decisions.
• 7+ years in product management of data/AI products in a large enterprise.
• 6+ years solving complex business problems and influencing senior leaders.
• 5+ years in data science/analytics driving outcomes.
• 4+ years navigating ambiguity and delivering results.
• 4+ years leading initiatives from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives with GA leadership, including executive presentations and leadership communications.
• Develop executive scorecards, dashboards and performance reporting for data-driven decisions.
• Support financial planning, modeling, workforce planning and headcount management.
• Foster a high-performing Growth Analytics culture with engagement and change-management efforts.
• Define vision, strategy and roadmap for Growth Analytics data, analytics and AI-powered products.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for analytics and AI-driven solutions from ideation to adoption and measurement.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists and stakeholders to deliver scalable products and insights.
• Establish product success metrics and monitor usage and outcomes for ROI.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders and maintain alignment in a fast-paced environment.
• Serve as trusted advisor to GA leadership translating goals into actionable plans.
