Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Director of Strategic Initiatives, Data Science & Product Management - Growth Analytics to shape strategy, lead executive-facing initiatives, and drive AI-driven data products. You will own the roadmap, align stakeholders, and deliver measurable business impact in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business management or strategic planning.
• 8+ years using data analytics and financial modeling to influence decisions.
• 7+ years of product management leading data/AI products.
• 6+ years influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• 5+ years in data science/analytics or related field.
• 4+ years navigating ambiguity and driving alignment.
• 4+ years delivering initiatives end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Drive executive-level initiatives, including scorecards and reporting.
• Develop executive dashboards and performance metrics for data products.
• Support financial planning, workforce planning, and headcount management.
• Foster an inclusive Growth Analytics culture and change management.
• Define vision and roadmap for Growth Analytics data and AI-powered products.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from opportunity to adoption and impact.
• Collaborate with data engineers, scientists, and stakeholders to deliver scalable insights.
• Establish success metrics and monitor utilization and ROI.
• Align cross-functional priorities and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Advise GA leadership and translate goals into actionable plans.
