CVS Health is seeking a Director of Strategic Initiatives, Data Science & Product Management - Growth Analytics to shape strategy and deliver AI‑driven data products. You will lead executive-facing initiatives, scorecards, and roadmaps, partnering with data engineers and scientists to unlock business value.

In a fast-paced enterprise, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, drive adoption, and measure impact while influencing senior leaders across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field required.
5+ years in data analytics, finance or strategy.
7+ years in product management of data/AI products.

Responsibilities

Drive strategic initiatives and high-impact projects with GA leadership.
Develop executive scorecards, dashboards, and performance reporting.
Own end-to-end product lifecycle for analytics and AI-driven solutions.
Lead cross-functional stakeholder alignment and change management.
Translate strategic goals into actionable plans for the organization.
