Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Director of Strategic Initiatives, Data Science & Product Management - Growth Analytics. You will partner with GA leadership to shape strategy, lead high-impact projects, and drive executive communications.

You will own the roadmap for analytics and AI-powered products and ensure measurable business impact across the organization. You will influence senior leaders, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver scalable data solutions with a focus on clarity, alignment, and speed

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Business Management, Strategic Planning, or related roles with a track record of executive-level communications.
• 8+ years leveraging data analytics and financial modeling to influence decisions and outcomes.
• 7+ years of product management leading data/AI-driven products in a complex enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives with Growth Analytics leadership, including executive presentations, reviews, and leadership communications.
• Develop executive-facing scorecards, dashboards, and performance reporting to enable data-driven decisions.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for analytics and AI-driven solutions, from opportunity to adoption and impact measurement.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to deliver scalable data products and insights.
