Job summary

ADP is seeking a Director of Program Management to lead a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives within Global Finance/Quote-to-Cash. You will drive program governance, establish KPIs, and partner with Finance, BUs, and external functions to deliver on time and within budget.

You will guide a team, manage budgets, and report progress to senior leadership, focusing on change leadership, stakeholder alignment, and value realization for ADP's transformation priorities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project experience in similar role; at least 5 years managing cross-functional programs
• Director-level people leadership experience
• Current PMP certification required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent
• 3+ years’ experience in Quote-to-Cash functions – QTO, Contracting, Order Mgmt, Billing, AR
• Strong communication and change-management skills

Responsibilities

• Drive scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and change management for programs
• Sign-off project charters with objectives, dependencies, KPIs, milestones
• Plan with WBS; document requirements, design, test plans; monitor risks and issues
• Publish comprehensive project progress reporting via PMO tooling
• Structure programs, manage resources and cross-functional teams
• Obtain approvals for scope changes and resolve resource conflicts
• Lead team engagement, set goals, review performance against KPIs
• Lead quarterly performance reviews and team focal point reviews
• Establish cross-functional communications evaluating tasks, milestones, dependencies
• Serve as primary contact for program leader
• Ensure PMO processes and tools are used consistently
• Define success criteria and KPIs for projects
• Manage overall program budget and funding requests
