Job summary

ADP is hiring a Director, Program Management to lead a global Finance/Quote-to-Cash program portfolio, aligning cross-functional teams across BUs and functions, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. You will build relationships with stakeholders, drive transformation priorities, report progress, and develop the team.

The role emphasizes values-driven leadership, collaboration, and delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of demonstrable project experience, with 5+ years in enterprise-level cross-functional programs.
• Fortune 500 or similarly complex enterprise experience preferred.
• Current PMP certification and a Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Drive program management disciplines across scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and change management.
• Sign-off project charters outlining objectives, dependencies, KPIs, and milestones.
• Plan and execute projects using Work Breakdown Structures and documented requirements, design, testing, and risk mitigation.
• Establish comprehensive reporting on project progress through PMO tools and dashboards.
• Ensure effective resourcing and cross-functional collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Lead governance, steering committees, executive reviews, and stakeholder decision-making forums.
