Job summary

ADP seeks a Director, Program Management to lead a portfolio of cross-functional, multi-year initiatives within the Global Finance/Quote-to-Cash organization. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while aligning with transformation priorities and KPI-driven outcomes.

You will build strong stakeholder relationships, mentor teams, and drive change across Finance, BUs, and related functions. A BA/BS and PMP certification are required.

Qualifications

• You have at least 10 years of demonstrable project experience in the same or a similar role.
• You have at least 5 years of enterprise-level experience managing medium to large, cross-functional projects.
• Current PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Drive program management disciplines in scope, schedule, cost, issue, risk, quality and change management.
• Ensure charter sign-off outlining problem statements, objectives, dependencies and KPIs.
• Plan and execute with Work Breakdown Structures and documented requirements, design, and test plans.
• Establish reporting on progress via PMO tools and dashboards.
• Structure programs, manage resources across functions, and coordinate with third parties as needed.
• Lead governance: steering committees, executive reviews, risk/issue management, stakeholder decisions.
