Job summary

ADP is seeking a Director, Program Management in Alpharetta to lead a portfolio of cross-functional finance projects. You will drive program governance, set charters, KPIs, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across multiple BUs.

This role requires 10+ years of program management experience, Fortune 500 exposure, PMP preferred, and strong leadership. You will mentor teams, report progress to executives, and partner with Finance/Quote-to-Cash functions to transform processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of demonstrable project experience in a similar role.
• 5+ years of enterprise-level experience managing large, cross-functional programs.
• Director-level people leadership experience and PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive program management disciplines: scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and change management.
• Sign off on project charters with objectives, dependencies, KPIs, and milestones.
• Plan and execute with Work Breakdown Structures and documented requirements and tests.
• Publish comprehensive reporting on program progress through PMO tooling.
• Structure programs, secure resources, and coordinate with functions and third parties.
• Manage approvals for scope changes, escalate critical path issues, and resolve conflicts.
