Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. seeks a Director, Logistics Workstream, Americas for a remote role with significant travel. Lead design-to-deployment of logistics initiatives, partner with global teams, and build governance and financial plans to optimize cost, cash and service.

You will influence across functions, drive change in a complex matrix, and deliver customer‑focused logistics strategies in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in engineering, supply chain or related business discipline.
• 10 years of related experience with 7+ years in leadership across Operations/ Supply Chain.
• MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
• High integrity, strong communication and problem solving.
• Ability to influence across a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive logistics workstreams from design to deployment with Global Supply Chain leadership.
• Analyze performance data to create baselines and design future scenarios.
• Partner with functional leaders to execute the workstream roadmap.
• Develop feasibility analyses, timelines, budgets and governance models.
• Collaborate with finance and regional teams on targets and investments.
