Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related business discipline required.
• 7+ years of related experience with 3–5 years in progressive leadership roles across Operations/Supply Chain.
• MBA, Supply Chain, or Engineering master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis on current supply chain performance to establish baselines.
• Design scenarios to illustrate future possibilities with BU/Regional SC teams.
• Partner with functional leads to align and mobilize the organization on the logistics roadmap.
• Support feasibility analyses and implementation timelines to optimize cost, cash, and service.
• Build governance, project plans, and risk mitigation within the Global Supply Chain.
• Collaborate with finance and regional teams to set budgets for strategic initiatives.
