Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. seeks a Senior Director, Compensation - Global Supply Chain to lead compensation strategy for the company’s global manufacturing footprint. Remote work is possible with access to East Coast hubs in Charlotte, Towson and New Britain.

The role partners with regional HR and external consultants to optimize wage scales, job evaluation, market pricing and annual planning. The position requires 10+ years in Total Rewards and related HR disciplines, with strong analytics,

Qualifications

Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or related HR disciplines.
Experience with global supply chain or manufacturing functions.
Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) and advanced compensation analytics.
Strong decision-making, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with union and non-union workforces is required.

Responsibilities

Design, administer, and deliver compensation policies and programs globally.
Drive development and execution of compensation strategies aligned with global supply chain objectives.
Lead design and administration of compensation programs for the supply chain including wage scales, job grading, market pricing, and annual planning.
Ensure alignment with compensation philosophy and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with regional HR leaders and external consultants to address market competitiveness and internal equity.
