Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Director, Logistics Workstream for the Americas. This hybrid role (Towson, MD or New Britain, CT) leads cross-functional teams to design and deploy a customer-focused logistics strategy, reporting to the Sr Director.

Significant travel is involved as we drive governance, budgeting, and strategic initiatives across BU and regional partners. You will mentor teams, influence at all levels, and ensure execution with a data-driven approach and a strong bias for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain or related business discipline is required.
• 10 years of related experience with at least 7 years in progressive leadership roles across Operations/Supply Chain.
• MBA, Supply Chain, or Engineering is preferred.
• Ability to influence across levels and work in a matrixed, remote-enabled organization.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the logistics workstreams from design to deployment with BU and regional teams.
• Develop governance, timelines, and business cases for strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with financial partners to set budgets and targets.
• Partner with functional leads to align organization to the logistics roadmap.
• Travel as required to support global implementation.
