Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. seeks a Senior Director, Compensation - Global Supply Chain to lead compensation strategy for our global manufacturing footprint. The role reports to the VP, Global Broad-Based Compensation and can be based remotely with access to East Coast hubs.

You will design programs, wage scales, market pricing, and annual planning, partnering with HR and supply chain leaders worldwide to ensure equity and competitive rewards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or related HR disciplines, with global supply chain or manufacturing experience.
• Experience with hourly wage scales and market pricing for supply chain roles.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and advanced compensation analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design, administer, and deliver compensation policies and programs for global supply chain talent.
• Lead the development and execution of compensation strategies aligned with global supply chain objectives.
• Oversee wage scales, job grading, market pricing, and annual compensation planning.
• Partner with regional HR leaders and external consultants to implement compensation solutions worldwide.
• Ensure data integrity in HR systems and provide analytical leadership for merit budgets and pay bands.
