Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Logistics Workstream to join the Global Supply Chain team. This hybrid role reports to the Director of the Logistics Workstream and involves travel to support design, deployment, and execution across BU/Regional SC teams.

You will lead cross-functional workstreams, develop feasibility analyses, and help establish budgets and targets for strategic initiatives while collaborating with financial partners and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, or related discipline is required.
• 7+ years of related experience with 3–5 years of progressive leadership across Operations/Supply Chain.
• MBA or similar is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics workstreams from design to deployment with Global Supply Chain and BU leadership.
• Partner with functional leads to align and mobilize the organization to execute the roadmap.
• Support feasibility analyses and timelines to optimize cost, cash, and service.
• Build governance, project implementation and risk mitigation plans with strategic modelling and business cases.
