Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in Towson, MD (hybrid) seeks a Director, Logistics Workstream to lead cross-functional logistics strategy across the Americas. The role focuses on shaping innovative, customer-centric plans and deploying them with BU and regional teams while managing governance and risk.

Significant travel is required. You will partner with finance and regional SC to set budgets and targets, driving cost and service improvements while sustaining ethical, high‑performing operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain or related discipline required.
• 10 years of related experience with at least 7 years in progressive leadership roles.
• MBA in supply chain or engineering preferred.
• Strong integrity, ethics, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence across a matrixed organization and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive logistics workstreams from design to deployment with BU/regional teams.
• Partner with functional leads to align and mobilize the organization to execute the roadmap.
• Develop feasibility analyses and timelines to optimize cost, cash and service.
• Build governance, project implementation and risk mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with finance to set targets and budgets for initiatives.
