Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. seeks a Senior Director, Compensation - Global Supply Chain to lead compensation strategy and administration across the company’s global manufacturing footprint. This role can be remote, with access to East Coast hub locations in Charlotte, Towson and New Britain required.

You will drive compensation programs for hourly and salaried roles, benchmark globally, and ensure data integrity while partnering with HR and business leaders worldwide.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Compensation, Total Rewards, or related HR disciplines.
• Experience supporting global supply chain or manufacturing.
• Experience with union and non-union workforces.

Responsabilités

• Design and administer compensation policies and programs for global supply chain.
• Develop compensation strategies aligned with global supply chain objectives.
• Lead design and administration of wage scales, job grading, and market pricing.
